We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your club doesn't perform as expected, you can return it for a full refund or store credit, provided it is returned in the same condition it was received.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days, and we provide tracking numbers for all shipments via email once they leave our warehouse.
Do you offer trade-in credit for my old clubs?
Yes! You can use our online trade-in tool to receive an instant quote. Once we receive and inspect your clubs, we will issue a credit that can be applied immediately to any purchase on our store.
Are the headcovers and adjustment tools included?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, pre-owned woods and hybrids do not guaranteed include the original headcover or adjustment wrench. However, we do offer universal headcovers for purchase at a discounted rate.
