At The Golf Club Trader, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new or pre-owned equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the golf clubs in their original box or a similar protective container, ensuring all headcovers and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our pro-shop team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
